2 minutes of feedback will save me 2 months
Hi! I've been researching this idea for a while and would love some feedback before I do all the heavy lifting on the backend to get this off the ground.

It's a service to help set up Google Analytics with all those pesky additional settings people learn a little too late or don't have time to learn. I figure it would help people setting up multiple websites the most by saving them 1-3 hours per site.
I am with a previous poster on this. You have listed features of Google Analytics and told me you can take care of it for me. Okay, but if I know nothing about Google Analytics I do not know how much time or learning curve you are really saving me. Is it a one-time service or do I have you to troubleshoot or train my team?
No kidding aside, this is actually pretty nice, having a quiz next to the landing page. Maybe you can try and validate this as a separate product.
Do you mean like some sort of idea valuation quiz?
From someone going to add google analytics for the first time, I would have paid but the landing page wasn't convincing at all. Someone mentioned that the new user will not know about the learning curve and thats what happened. People have told me it is going to be tough but they said the same things about many other things. Thats what I thought in that moment.
Thanks for the feedback. Are you saying that people say everything about starting a site is hard so it's difficult to judge what tasks are actually time-consuming? Or that I need to show how long it typically takes to learn Google Analytics?
as someone who has setup their GA themselves, I'd def consider something like this. I'd need to know what I'm getting more though, and have that value prop be extremely crystal clear, saving 1-3 hours is cool, but not compelling enough

Your just listing features, probably as they are named... you should list benefits and simplify this for people that don't know these features deeply as they would more likely be your customers as well as just making me think less if I need anything particularly from the list, and not start looking up each... it's not a good landing page.
Surely you can create a service for hand holding people while setting up google analytics as people offer that as a 1:1 consulting service.
Who is your customer? Someone setting up GA for the first time won't search for your solution in order to save some time. And they won't know half the issues you are describing. What does "Facebook Pixel" means? Why would someone "Enable advanced javascript IP blocking"?
Probably it'd best to create a blog with "Google Analytics Best Practices" where you describe each issue, why it is important and how to solve it. Don't worry, most people won't have time to implement the solutions.
Then you can sell some consulting services, like a SaaS where you solve all issues you mentioned for the customer for a monthly payment. When you grow you can hire more people or develop tools to automate some processes.

I figure I have two main audiences:
Individuals: who don't have time to learn about google analytics. I do plan on writing a bunch of explanatory blogs for each thing but I'd rather like to know if the idea is plausible before spending months blogging.
Agencies: They create sites for customers all the time so saving time and cost outsourcing the repetitive items to me.
Can't see how you would get users profitably... I suggest you focus on a LTV of at least $500 in order to spend $100 per new user. So think about some product/consulting service worth $500. Shaving off 2 hours of work won't make it IMO.
Less and less people is using GA.....
The idea is great though.
Would I pay? It depends how you package it. Make it simple and convenient for me, yes. Make it expensive and complicated, no.
