2 Things That Successful Indie Hackers Do That You Don't

1. They have a paid plan for their product
2. They market A LOT

If you don't do either of these things, you don't have a business, you have a hobby.

There's nothing wrong with a hobby, but if you want to grow a business, you got to ask for money and ask a lot of people for it.

Of course there are effective ways and less effective ways to do this (I have my own approach that I talk about on my website) but the long story short is that you gotta do these two things to succeed.
