By the end of year I'm planning to release Help Center for my Live Chat SaaS. Just need to get some approvals from existing clients who requested it. Fully multilingual as all the widget and looks pretty nice.
Yesterday I made some UI tweaks and today presented the first version of it to be approved.

End of year: Finish my email migration from Drip to StrikeStack.
Today: I sent an email campaign to 11,000 of my 85,000 email list on StrikeStack. I've fixed a couple bugs in the process. My goal is to migrate another 20,000 emails next week.
Also today: add more automated tests to email sending functionality of StrikeStack.
Didn't really do anything yesterday, tried to do work today, no such luck. We'll see about tomorrow.
By the end of the year, tying off the critical features for When Was That Said including account creation, association of channels to accounts and fixing the long load times for channels with more than 500K caption lines indexed (testing last night showed pulling a different way from the database resulted in load times going from 6+ seconds to less than 2).
Today's grind is to handle edge cases when this new method won't work and produces less results than expected and then have the app fail gracefully to the original model with some kind of on-screen notification to the user about why the long load time is required.
Yup. Just updated my landing page and added logrocket to see how users behave.
End of year: Improve SEO and get more trafic from search engines.
Today and yesterday: I did a lot of dev for Doko Maps and we just reached 200 users which is awesome. I also renewed SSL certificates and updated billing infos as my credit card expired on all the services I use... As for the dev side, it's a lot of improvements. For example: adding user's latest activity to their at the bottom of their profile for eg ( https://dokomaps.com/user/164/weedweedweed )
This year went so fast...
By the end of year I'll have another small Kickstarter ready to go live.
I'll have 2020 goals written down and projects listed with things that need regular nudging.
Yesterday I watched all of @patio11 microconf talks while flying back from running a marathon in Hawaii. Worked on naming the Kickstarter project too.
Today is post travel chores and project design tweaks.
