💌 20-30 email accounts to manage. What would you recommend?
So I'm on a Macbook.
The default MacOS Mail app is all too often tangled with Apple ID which is sometimes kicked me out and when I re-logged in, it shows issue on the 'Enter password' screen. I don't want to encounter this even once in a while.😐️
Outlook app works not so smoothly. Feels like the mailboxes don't get updates fast enough.
I'd love to use some Mac app featuring a sidebar listing all mailboxes to manage all emails. Any recommendation?
I use Mailplane app which is a gmail client but you could sign in to multiple accounts.
I used to handle that many accounts for a decade and in fact how long the accounts screen on Android settings hangs due to sync was my benchmark for every smartphone I owned since 2010.
But I used Apple Mail only for some accounts occasionally, now the email client apps are split across Thunderbird, K9(android), Gmail & Zoho.
P.S. Android OS and hardware have improved vastly and it doesn't hang on accounts screen anymore.
What do you mean with that? I never had this issue but you could just disable your iCloud email account and Mail.app isn't entangled with iCloud at all.
For me, Gmail works great. You can label any emails by mailbox.
