Last year I've started a free "tech bootcamp" where volunteer mentors (read me) act as project managers, tech leads, and proverbial "unblockers" as you build your own tech project from scratch. We do sprint planning together, play Scrum Poker together, we do code reviews, pull requests, deployments, stand-ups (not necessarily daily), and try to make it as close to "real life" work as possible, so that you can put the experience on top of your CVs, and confidently talk about it during interviews.

My first (and only full time student) got a job on the back of it recently 🙌

It's remote first, project based, peer-motivated, and it's aimed at helping individuals to "relearn technology" into a rewarding career (hence the name).

You can check it out at https://join.relearn.tech

Thanks for your comment! I'd like to update the article with new bootcamps. If you send me a description, image, cost and duration of the bootcamp I will add it to the article.
      My email [email protected].
      Thanks

Good article! I was planning to build a bootcamp for an edu platform I was working on (Stackweaver). Great to see how these different camps approach it.

We are currently looking at a blockchain bootcamp - https://techeducators.co.uk/full-stack - does anyone cover a top 20 list for blockchain ones?

Great article, however, you have not included https://metana.io/ Metana trains existing engineers to be blockchain developers in a 4-month project-based boot-camp program.

I haven't looked into these before. So expensive.... wonder what the value over learning yourself via Udemy or something like CodeAcademy is.

One benefit of boot camp over being totally self taught is the accountability and structure, you'd be less likely to jump prematurely to the next topic
