20 years old, 54 tools built, and still 0 users. What am I missing?

I’m a solo dev and I just launched Allplix. I spent months coding 54 tools (AI Video, Image compression, PDF) that run 100% locally in your browser. No signups, no data leaving your device. I just wanted to build the tool I couldn't find.

The struggle: I’m staring at a flat line on Google Analytics. I even got rejected by AlternativeTo for being "too generic" because I offer too many tools at once. It’s pretty discouraging when you’ve hand-coded every feature to protect user privacy.

I have $0 for marketing. How do you find your first users when you're just a dev who hates ads and sign-up walls?

I’d honestly love any feedback (even the brutal kind).

Honestly, I think the problem isn't the tools. It's the positioning.

When someone lands on your site, they see 30+ tools but no clear reason to use this platform instead of alternatives.

Most successful products start by solving one specific problem really well.

If you picked your strongest tool (for example image compression) and positioned the entire site around that one use case, you'd probably see more traction.

Right now it's impressive engineering, but the value proposition is diluted.
