200 monthly actives. Now what?

Way back when the pandemic started, I setup a free directory of independent milk delivery companies in the UK: www.milkey.co.uk

Bought a directory listing template and found businesses in the UK to add to the directory. I did it partially to help people, and partially because I'm interested in where this could go. I've done absolutely nothing to push this and one year later I'm getting 200+ uniques a month, growing steadily, and decent engagement.

So where should I take this Indiehackers? Would love feedback and thoughts from the community.

I would create blog posts (content marketing) targeting new sets of keywords. You can do this as and when you have time.
    Flexible.
Over time the search engines will pickup on this and send more traffic.
If you have more time learn some SEO (basic) to help them.

If you have no time: do nothing.
If you have some time: add in a passive revenue stream: carbonads, google adsense. anything that brings in money. Then spend 100% of revenue on growth through as passive means as possible: fb ads, google ads. sit back and wait.

If you have lots of time: Add in growth processes like interviews, Submission processes, content for those who would want to look at this directory.

Thanks for the advice Andrew, I definitely fall in that middle category. I'll get some adwords up

You should check out some of the writings of @searchbound. This is his bread and butter type of thing. He has a post about developing vidalia.com (and he now also owns onions.com). I bet you could take his playbook from onions and apply it to milk.
