2023 Project Management Trends

Outdated information (even if it's Forbes). Our team has just started using Teamhood and after a week of usage, it's pretty good (finally). Had to switch from Trello because of this new merger (big client, super stressful actually).

To be quite honest, as a project manager I don't really feel any of the software out there has quite cracked the code in terms of having the full flexibility and intuitiveness I really desire. I think there's something to be said for notion and miro, and having platforms that act as building blocks rather than prescribing a way of doing things.
