Looking for help on saas technical design ?

We are working on a project management application ( not like JIRA, ASANA ) currently targeted for mobile users later it will be enhanced to web as well.

We have released a initial mobile app targeting single customer, but following that we received request for similar app with customization from another customer and it is evident that additional customer will be added in the future.

So, we decided to create the app as a cloud based saas ( multi tenant) but we lack saas expertise in our team. We have the current tech stack as Ionic in the frontend and spring boot + mysql in the backend.

I am looking for an expertise/artchitect who ( must have prior experience in saas product with multi tenant approach )

can design the tech stack

how to achieve multi tenant approach

whether to implement multiple database

should we continue to use mysql

..etc for our saas product.

Is anyone can help us ? or Will I get some reference to get the design done ?
