When there's less traffic coming to our site, I use it to plug gaps in our sales pipeline.
I've had some success finding people in relevant manager-focused Facebook groups I'm part of, approaching them via email, then adding them to a Custom Ad Audience.
I reckon there's lots more that could be done. How do you use it?

It's not possible with PB to do that. It was possible earlier, but not now. FB blocks all bots and services, and you can't get any email from FB.
You can do it with Twitter still.
