25 years in construction, 0 lines of code. Shipping my 4th AI agent: The zombie SaaS bill killer.

I’m Michael, a non-tech founder with a 25-year background in construction. For the last 11 months, I’ve been teaching myself how to build production-grade AI agents solo (orchestrating 780B models on GCP).

My main project is Anara (The Human OS), but earlier this week I hit a wall: I checked my own credit card statement and found $300/mo in "Zombie" AI tool subscriptions I’d completely forgotten to cancel.

I realized that if I’m feeling this pain, every other solo founder is too.

So, I used my core engine to build SubAware. It’s a high-agency agent that doesn't just track your tech stack—it finds the tools you aren't using and handles the cancellation process for you.

I just shipped the landing page today. I’m looking for 10 "Alpha Founders" to help me pilot the first build using the new Replit/Plaid stack.

The goal is simple: Stop bleeding cash so we can keep building.
