Agentic AI is redefining customer experience in e-commerce by shifting shopping from static pages to intelligent, action-oriented systems. How do you feel about these agentic interactions as a customer?
Great list β the most underused category in my opinion is proactive agents that surface upsell/cross-sell moments based on browsing context rather than cart contents. Cart-based recommendations are already commoditized; context-aware ones are where the real personalization win is.
On the implementation side: every one of these CX use cases lives or dies by the quality of the agent's instructions. Prompt quality is the hidden differentiator. I built flompt to raise that bar β a visual prompt builder with 12 semantic blocks (role, objective, constraints, examples, output_format, etc.) that compile to Claude-optimized XML. Structured agent instructions = fewer hallucinations, better CX outcomes.
