More generous free plan, feedback?
My product is https://www.oneononemeeting.com, a One on One meeting note-taking software for managers.
I just redesigned my pricing scheme to offer all features for free for the first 3 managers from the same company.
This comes from feedback that I should try to get the most traction possible among managers, then, when the tool is valuable enough to them, try to sell it to their company an enterprise plan.
What do you think?
I've been a manager at companies where there are only 3 managers. With your current pricing, you'd never see a dime from us, even if we were heavy users of your system. I'd consider a different way of getting traction, whether that's giving certain features away for free or something else, you should make sure you're in a position to monetize the small businesses out there.
That wouldn't be a problem I think. My target audience are companies with 50 to 500, so it is ok with smaller companies use it for free. I would get product feedback and these managers can help spread the word.
Remove "Only" and change "if" to when. It sounds more welcoming.
As of the offer, why 3 managers? Not better 1 manager? What made you to pick this number?
I want it to get traction within a company before wanting to charge for it. 3 seems like a good "critical mass" within a company.
Great idea, but I think you could work on improving the design, take a look at https://refactoringui.com/ for some design tips!
