27 visitors. 1 potential customer. Is that a signal?

IdeaPz lets creators test their project ideas and see whether people would actually be willing to pay for them.

Here’s a small example from a recent IdeaPz test:

→ 27 visitors in 24 hours
→ 1 person willing to pay
→ 0 people wanting to be notified

It’s obviously not a huge sample, but even a small sample can already give you some useful insights before deciding whether to go for it.

And as IdeaPz gets more visitors and votes, I hope these signals will become even more useful over time.

Of course, the final decision is always up to the creator, but I hope IdeaPz can provide a little extra information to help them make that decision.

Feel free to test your ideas on IdeaPz

Really interesting idea, and I like how casual and simple the layout feels.

One thing I was wondering about: how do you determine whether an upvote is actually a strong signal that people would pay for the idea? For example, does the platform take into account the person’s experience with the problem, whether they’re part of the target audience, or how closely their situation relates to the problem being solved?

I’m curious because I could see 100 general upvotes can mean something very different from 10 upvotes from people who actually experience the problem and would potentially pay for a solution.

Thank you, I really appreciate the feedback! I completely agree that 10 votes from people who actually experience the problem can mean much more than 100 votes from people who are just curious.

For now, IdeaPz keeps things simple and doesn’t differentiate between those types of users. The goal is mainly to give an initial signal, not to replace a proper market study. But I’d definitely like to find ways to make the signals stronger and more reliable over time.

Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback
