To date, just hyper targeted cold emails.
I make a living off offer digital marketing to SMB's so might be able to offer a few pointers. What's your use case this way I can provide more insightful suggestions?

We have a review, testimonial platform. Currently in use by close to 30k SMB's from all types of verticals and all geographic places. We would like to expand and get to 100K to within a year and we are looking for new marketing opportunities.
