(Landing Page Work) Hey folks, nice meeting you guys. I had an urgent problem that I've been sort of struggling with, that I wanted your advice on.
I am creating a sales page, and I have A) the sales copy, B) layout. What I don't have is A) graphic design, and B) having the HTML/CSS for the said design (I am handing writing the page using JS w/o Wordpress or CMS). I don't have the skills nor the desire to do any design. I also do not want to use a theme from ThemeForest, etc. I have posted a job on Upwork, but I am completely overwhelmed as to who to hire, and unsure of what quality to expect.
What are my best options? How should I think about this?

If I were in your position, I would use a GUI like Webflow to make the site so that I could iterate quickly, I'd pick a color palate with Adobe Kuler, and I'd make some free illustrations as art from undraw.co.
