Looking for honest feedback on this lead magnet I made for my web development agency.
This one's specifically targeted towards dental clinics and I'm planning on pushing it through a cold-calling campaign, as well as a freebie tool via social media ads.
Looking forward to any comments/tips you may have to help me increase the conversion rate of this idea (or completely scrap it and try something else:) ).

I like the specific targeting of one type of business. Too often , these types of calculators are way too general and basically useless. I think the length is good, enough options to show you understand what their site would need, not too long to lose interested parties. Pricing seems reasonable and believable. I like it

Not so much generic lead magnets, but pricing estimates yes. For example at https://mailchimp.com/pricing/ they have a nice calculator at the bottom
