I have used https://codereview.stackexchange.com/ earlier and it used to have a great community. Not sure what is the current status but usually SO is very highly moderated so quality is maintained. Check out once!

Had this idea before, sounded pretty good. Got discouraged when I crossed https://www.pullrequest.com/

I did evaluate that idea a while ago - code security is a big issue. But if anyone wants to pay someone to review their iOS code, hit me up :-)
