3.7K views and other numbers from a Show HN post

I just thought I'd share some numbers from a recent "show HN" post I did on Hacker News.

In the past, when posting products to Show HN, I've gotten modest traffic spikes and a handful of upvotes at most.

Two days ago, I posted the No Code List on there, and I ended up hovering around number 4 (on the show tab) for most of the day.

Today is the third day since I posted, and it's sitting at number 14.

So far, it's gotten:

• 68 votes
• 21 comments (including my responses) https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=20696600
• 3.7K page views to my site (3.3K were the No Code List itself)
• 24 new no-code product submissions (10 have been taken live so far)
• 2 signups to my general (not no-code specific) email list

I set up the No Code List for myself originally, as a way to test out integrating Airtable with Ghost. Now I'm wondering if I should spin it off into something bigger. The amount of submissions (and no-code software in general) is incredible!

I loved one of the comments, which was about how hard it is to choose which no-code software to use. There are so many choices and they have their own specializations and limitations, so it's going to get harder and harder to know what to choose. I'd like to help solve that problem, somehow, with this list.

In the meantime, out of curiosity, would anyone sign up for weekly emails with new no-code products, only for the categories you sign up for?

I feel like email is a good next step. As it is now, I have no good way to reconnect with the traffic I got over the last few days!
