Hey, if anyone is interested, I am running a live workshop on building software with AI. It's 3 hours long and totally free. I'm basically just looking for feedback and hoping to better understand the problems people run into when working with AI for building software. It's next Friday (21st) between 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm EST / 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm PST. Feel free to sign up here if you're interested: https://ctrlaltcreateacademy.com/
Again, for me, feedback on the workshop is critical. I want to make sure I'm adding value, and actually helping people solve problems that they have. I don't want to be solving problems that aren't real or those that only I think are important.
The emphasis on validating whether the problems are actually real is a good approach. A workshop like this should make those gaps pretty visible once you see where people get stuck in practice.
Thanks! I talk about this in my YT video (https://youtu.be/GbcnEXrLxuw ), but the short answer is that I think I got the feedback I needed. Overall, the non-tech coders don’t know that they’re making it harder on themselves and aren’t interested in solving problems they don’t think they have. So I’m shifting focus on this. Loved teaching it but no one wanted it.
That’s a useful result. I’d be interested in continuing the conversation beyond the thread — would you be open to sharing the best email to reach you on?
