3 paying clients agency looking for a CTO

Hey there! I'm searching for a co-founder to join forces with my web agency. We're seeking someone who is skilled in full stack development or app/SaaS backgrounds. Depending on your expertise, we can pivot our focus in that direction. Our previous team consisted of 9 employees including myself and my former CTO. Unfortunately, the pandemic caused many clients to fall behind on payments, which resulted in us cutting down our staff. As a result, my CTO had to leave the company.

We currently have a few clients, but without a CTO, we are limited in expanding our portfolio. Our previous experience includes working on banking projects, subcontracting for big names, and working in the US, UK, and Italy. Our current team consists of 2 developers, 1 Project Manager, 1 Product Manager (myself), and 1 designer. We currently have three paying clients and are happy to share equity and salary. We also have several SaaS projects in the pipeline that we're considering for development. Additionally, we raised $20K on Kickstarter for a videogame project.

I'm looking for somebody passionate about the development and is not here seeking for money because most of the revenue is used to keep the employees with a salary, I'm not even pay myself.
I care about the people who work with me so this is a strong value of the company, the group.
