After trying to be healthy with crazy routines and quitting very soon, I went old school. 45 minutes to 1 hour walk everyday morning.
There's a problem, I can't just walk for 45 minutes around the park. The view gets boring, after 15 minutes I want to stop and go back. I used to listen to music, but repeated playlist kinda gets boring :D
So I turned to podcasts. Fresh content, interesting conversation by interesting people, about interesting topics.
Below are the few podcasts I listen to without fail. (All links are Google podcast link)
Alex Lieberman is the founder of Morning Brew. He talks about a lot of topics. Business, Mental health, Marketing, Funding, etc.

Rob Walling talks bring guests and talk about all aspects of startups. Also, he answers fan emails. So there are a lot of topics indie hackers can relate to.

Omar Khan talks about startup funding, what to do, what not to do with founders.
