3 weeks into my AI reverse-planner - Gained 2 users & a key pivot, but still hunting traction

Hey IH peeps!

Back with a quick update on Reverse My Plan, that AI tool flipping planners backwards from deadlines (no more scrambling from blank calendars). Last share got some love on the poll, so thanks, those 2 comments sparked real tweaks.

Quick recap: Enter "Dubai trip, Oct 15" → AI spits a timeline: Flights by Oct 5, agenda by Sep 25, with checklists & buffers.

Currently we have a 3 tier system for visitors, the "no-sign up free demo", "basic tier" limited to 2 plans and basic AI output, "premium tier", unlimited plans, up to 5 collaborators, advanced AI output, checklists, pdf exports, calendar sync, advanced AI modifications, etc.

Progress since launch (now 4 weeks in):

• Users: Up to 8 betas (slow but steady. Shoutout to the 2 who DMed tips!).
• Big pivot: Swapped static demo for live AI on homepage (no signup) - trials doubled, but conversions still ~10%.
• New: Added threaded comments for team vibes; testing a new "ultimate tier" that will hold sophisticated perks (e.g., uploading your plan file and the AI will automatically make it proper, well-thought and structured with timelines and checkpoints).
