I was writing here how I sold my first SaaS some time ago. Today I'm posting about a private beta of our second SaaS.
I learned a lot about the different concepts, machine learning and artificial intelligence as I knew very little when I started the prototype several months ago.
I read many books that helped me a lot (see the list at the end👇), wrote lots of lines of code, conducted multiple calls and chats with interested early adopters (25 ppl) and bought a course about getting the first customer to speed up things.
It wouldn't happen without Maciek, a friend of mine, the main person behind the frontend part, with whom I exchanged ideas and solved problems. We worked together at first SaaS that was acquired. Thanks, man!
So, about what is this all?
It's not always clear what your customers tell, there is not much context, and usually, you have to spend a lot of time digging into customer feedback to get valuable results which you can act on later on.
For example, to know the essential feature your customers love or hate or what they value the most and why. You typically know the "what" but not "why".
While you're at it, you complain why there isn't less, more structured data that you have to scroll through and search.
What we want to solve is identifying your most important customer issues by telling you what your customers think and feel about your products in a human-readable way in seconds.
Imagine this: you ask a question in plain English, and you get an answer with the summary based on your customers' feedback in less than 2 seconds!
Without a need to spend days or hours. Isn't it cool?
