Thoughts or online/saas affiliate tracking solutions
Hi. Might be in need of a solution to manage/track ReferrerID/affiliateID as users signup/recruit others to a project. I'm interested in any kind of solution (Saas, or homegrown) that anyone has used in their projects. Post any thoughts you have on this.

My needs are pretty basic for now. A hybrid user directory, merged with a viral loop process, and the associated data/dashboard analytics, all in a web app.

Most affiliate programs deal with actual cash as a payout to the affiliate. My needs are to provide the affiliates with points that can be used to invite more users into the project/program. There won't be any cash to the affiliate network.
I'm also interested in how you guys treat emails to users to join, vs. users who actually sign up.
Also, is there a way to see what the dashboard process looks like without signing up?
The project I'm considering might send out 100K emails from 5K recruiters within 1 month -- any idea what this kind of activity might cost?
Also, I assume FirstPromoter has an API. Does it permit me to pull data from the server to then generate dashboard charts/screens on my side?
