How do you create documentation pages for your products?
I'm thinking about building a product that will allow anybody to whip up a documentation/tutorial page either self-hosted or cloud hosted. Would anybody be interested in this?

Currently using Gitbook.com and pretty happy with it.
There is already a bunch of services doing the same (https://helpsite.com/, https://www.zendesk.com, https://helpjuice.com/, https://www.helpscout.com/knowledge-base/).
The problem they all share is they provide cloud-hosted solutions what doesn't work if you want to use the manuals as a content marketing tool.
