35k views in 6 hours on a blog post but only 15 signups to my newsletter
I posted a link on Reddit to a post on my blog last week and got 35K views https://plausible.io/blog.hulacorn.com?period=day&date=2022-07-24. The post is here https://blog.hulacorn.com/2021/09/08/how-to-drive-away-your-best-engineers/. I have only got 15 signups from the post. Comments on Reddit were 93% positive. Is there something I can do to improve the signup rate for my newsletter?

It's a great article, well written and clear structure on it.
What I feel that you could do is increase the "call to action" on it. Your "signup to newsletter" is too passive and should be highlighted more with "Do you love this content? Signup to my weekly newsletter to stay on top of things" or something similar.

Honestly, I barely see the link in the newsletter, noticed it from the second time just with knowing it would be there somewhere (I assume readers don't look for it at all)

You could use a PDF with other exclusive tips as a lead magnet for your newsletter
