How do I delete a project?

I think you meant to delete a product?

You can navigate into the edit page of your product and scroll till the end, you will see the Delete button on your right. In order to delete, you will have to enter the exact product name and it will be deleted. That's how I just deleted an additional page for RemoteWorkJar.

Example edit page or your product to delete:
