This end of year I decided to slow down. Getting ready to work on a new product on January!
Finished up some small tidbits yesterday so I can start the new year with working on the bigger things.
I am preparing to onboard 1 of my Sponsors for the site social media and newsletter. I am looking for templates for the contract and so on.
I am doing a makeover to the newsletter's CTA I am not happy with it.
And...looking for sponsors.
I’m trying to launch x14.me (nothing on the domain yet), a simple new year resolution tracker for measurable goals, like daily pull-ups or weekly blog posts. Today I want to get the basic functionality done: define a goal, add progress to goal and prioritise what to build next to be able to launch before New Year’s Eve.

Yesterday I finished moving background jobs to AWS lambda to handle bounce and complaint reports from SES.
Today I'm working on improving the campaign builder UI.
