In addition to recording your achievements, I would add to note your small things learned as well.
Learned an advanced sql technique? Write it down. Had a little exposure to something new? Jot it down. Just a few words, nothing more. Every time you add something new you'll be reminded of what you have done in the past and it will be easier to recall if/when it's needed again
