Great read, I clapped a bunch! I think point 4 is very valuable. Don't be afraid to negotiate your pricing, especially if there are foreseeable changes that might increase the price in the near future!

And so few out there know that they have the power to negotiate the price.. (talking b2b deals at growing SaaS, of course.

SaaS spending can be a major drain on your company's budget. In 2022–23, few addon ways to optimize SaaS costs:

    1. Determine which applications will be prioritized. It's important to know what tools are most critical to the business and which ones can be cut when necessary.

    2. Gather all relevant data for each application that has to be optimized. The more information you have, the easier it is to make informed decisions about licenses and usage.

    3. Take a look at your team's usage of SaaS applications. Are there any areas where employees could be using less? What about more? This information will help you identify cost-cutting opportunities in 2022–23 and beyond.

    4. Find cost-cutting opportunities by consolidating unnecessary SaaS licenses and reviewing them regularly—especially if they're not being used by anyone on staff anymore!

    5. Finally, it's important to review your SaaS spending regularly so that you don't end up paying more than what's needed or using too many licenses when some would suffice just fine!
