40€ MRR - FINALLY getting my first subscribers πŸŽ‰

Hello fellow indiehackers,

At long last - after 4 months of development and an incredible launch I added a paid tier and some benefits to it as fast as possible and here we are - my first few subscribers actually paying me regularly for a product I built πŸ˜πŸ™Œ - what an awesome feeling!

The Tool is Tresor One - a portfolio tracking app targeted at the German market:
Web: https://tresor.one
IH: https://www.indiehackers.com/product/tresor

From the launch, the hundreds of feedback emails and the conversations, I can definitely say there is potential in T1 and I will continue to build it. I just need to validate if there are enough people considering T1 so useful that they actually want to pay.

My biggest mistake so far is not catching more peoples excitement with user created content or an easy way to reach them. While I have about 800 signups so far, I don't have a newsletter, nor a community - that's definitely the next steps and I think I should have created a community much sooner.

I'm sharing the entire journey on building this on YouTube btw (just switched my channel to english)

I'm PUMPED!
Keep building βš’οΈ

Whoa, 800 users is massive! Congrats, Sumit :)

Have you thought about where you want to establish the community? FWIW, we have a Facebook group and it's worked well for our target market. I wonder about Germans though, as it seems so many Germans are anti-Facebook.

Thanks Monica, I have actually no idea...
I just asked this question to the IH community as I'm stuck

It is truly a great feeling to have people pay for a product you've worked on for months.

Is it only for German customers?

T1 is currently targeted at the German market, yet.
Financial applications supporting currencies, brokers, tax stuff etc from different countries is 🀯 - I wanted to start asap so I niched down to Germany.
Internationalisation is on my roadmap though.
