Built pinfox.io to track my own sites. Added bot filtering 40% of my traffic was AI crawlers.
What's actually working: Direct, Google, IndieHackers, LinkedIn (only when I post)
What's not: TikTok. Looked fine in GA4, dead once I filtered bots. Killed that channel.
