Our road from $0 to $6M ARR at lemlist wasn't easy, but it was full of lessons.
When you start promoting SaaS in a bootstrapped way you need to know a lot about marketing, growth, retention, and so on.
And when I say "a lot" I mean "A LOT" 😱
So in these three years, we have used hundreds of tools and spent hours reading articles and guides.
Some of them were 💩, some were just ok, and some were AWESOME!
And to never forget about them and share with new team members we shared the best of the best within our Slack communication:

After that we had new evolution - the Notion file:

We also understood that this is not only our problem, everyone needs to find good resources and tools.
EVERYONE 😅
Every single day people ask the same questions in FB communities, subreddits, and even here on Indiehackers...
"What tool to use?" ... "What guide you should read?" 🚀

That's why we decided to share our internal knowledge base with the world.
That's how lemstash born 🔥
Lucille (amazing marketer at lemlist) started creating the website on Webflow:
I started asking dozens of communities about their thoughts to make our knowledge base even cooler 😎

Aaaand finally we made lemstash - the best curation directory of 250+ tools and guides for startup founders 🔥
To make it super dope, we sorted tools by categories (like Sales Automation, SEO, and so on) and guides by AARRR funnel.
And one more thing - section "golden startups" ❤️
This is the list of the best startup stories and podcasts with founders.
And one more thing - everything is FREE 🔥

We decided to divide the initial distribution into 2 phases:
We started with collecting emails and first feedback through our social media posts on LinkedIn:

Results: 2k people in our email list

And during this week we launched it on ProductHunt 🔥

BTW, if you like what we do, could you please support us on PH, so we can become a Product of the Week (it'll help us a lot ❤️)
[ProductHunt] (https://www.producthunt.com/posts/lemstash)
Results: 40k pageviews

Creating small projects - is super awesome! We got tons of cool feedback and the feeling that you bring value to people is just unforgettable ❤️
P.S. Please support us on PH (it'll really help us 🚀)
