    Lost and Founder by Rand Fishkin is a good read. Although, it's not inspirational. He talks about the battles of building a startup in an honest no-bs way.

    Good book. Though it’s more inspiration than practical advice. Read / listen to it anyway.

    I’d love to find something similar too.
