Hi, Joe from Budibase here.
A few years back, I was unhappy, sluggish, lacking in confidence, and I always seemed to catch the f**king cold.
Over the last few years I've focused heavily on crafting good habits for myself.
The following 5 habits have helped me as maker enormously.
And I'd like to share them with you.
I hope they bring you all the benefits they've brought me.
Enjoy and please comment below any habits you have which you'd like to share.
I would add to the focus on yur health section...
I actually find that taking regular (short) time away from the project is not only good for your health, but also improves your project.
It's very easy to go down a rabbit hole, blinkers on. Exercise, meditation and family life refreshes my thought process. Often when i come back, I am able to reflect and be much more objective about what im currently doing.
Great post, totally agree.
Love this post Budibase.
I find healthy eating and sleep are the two hardest habits I had to conquer.
P.s I emailed you guys about the Beta phase.
