I love articles like this because it deals with the very beginning of start-up life. It's all well and good reading 'I made a million dollars overnight' but on the whole, those stories aren't realistic or relevant to most of us. What are the key strategies and ups and downs to be aware of at the beginning and how do you overcome the most common obstacles? This article answers all these questions. Great share!

Brilliant article! As a relatively new founder I 100% agree with all of this. The metrics point especially - it doesn't matter if you have a large amount of traffic to your website if those clicks aren't converting to sales. It's essential to understand what metrics you need to track for YOUR business. This is how you learn what works and what doesn't and how you grow.
