I love articles like this because it deals with the very beginning of start-up life. It's all well and good reading 'I made a million dollars overnight' but on the whole, those stories aren't realistic or relevant to most of us. What are the key strategies and ups and downs to be aware of at the beginning and how do you overcome the most common obstacles? This article answers all these questions. Great share!
@alemakers from your comment you might like the early feedback and growth tactics in the case studies I wrote about here 🙂 - https://radicles.fyi/
Super interesting, thank you for sharing!
Courtland Allen is the founder of indiehackers.com. He didn't take the venture capital approach. He just wanted to make enough money to support what he was trying to do. Courtland was trying to build a community of indie hackers who would share their stories, help each other, and support one another. https://twicsy.us/
Love it
Brilliant article! As a relatively new founder I 100% agree with all of this. The metrics point especially - it doesn't matter if you have a large amount of traffic to your website if those clicks aren't converting to sales. It's essential to understand what metrics you need to track for YOUR business. This is how you learn what works and what doesn't and how you grow.
