    I really like the 1ST one; being cheaper or even free tends to attract everyone, including the wrong type of customers focused only on getting things for free.

    Are paying users are also a green flag for potential investors? Even if the user count is low compared to if the product was free/cheap?

    "Copying competitors" is a big one, we shouldn't obsessed with competitors and make the same mistakes ourselves.

    These are great. Re "Cheap Customers"... There has been a clear line between my members who are in the top tier vs entry level. The top tiers pay more and require less help and are super engaged making my job much easier.
