    I would like to add to this most important reason is not identifying right keywords or not knowing what kind of Keywords you should start with , I will suggest starting with A lot of exact match keywords and a few phase match Keyword.

    Also remember google algo's take 1-2 weeks to get properly in action so keep spending money in small but good enough amount for 2 months even if you do not get good results.

    Also do not forget to filter negative keywords.

    Website Speed as you said is really important for saas based platforms like shopify, bigcommerce, webflow etc it can be acheived with websitespeedy.com

    for other platforms like wordpress or Magento people can use nitropack for speed.
