5 things people should do when they get rejected.

I don't like being rejected. I don't accept being rejected. When I pick something to apply for, I know for sure I should get it. When I don't get it, it's either because I didn't work hard enough for it, which I'll know and accept easily, or because people who were processing my application, didn't know anything they were doing. I wonder how many people think the same. And it's not a joke, it happens to me every. single. time. I think I make perfect applications, and I do, and then people on the other end come up with absolute rubbish, not even following their own guidelines. Last time I was asked to make a video, 8 questions in three minutes, that's about 20 second each question. Then they tell me I had to focus on fewer points OMG I swear some people are just something else.

With time, I've learned that the world is full of people who can't do their jobs. I refuse to learn anything from it, all I learn is that there's little appreciation of quality, creativity, marketing, PR, communications and leadership, and random persons are put in positions to judge work they have no expertise at judging, so they see a couple of applications, form a bias as to what an application should look like, and when they come across mine, their template is just blown up, they receive cognitive dissonance and then start to vilipend. I swear anyone who's a little bit creative, will confirm this. If you're young, please don't expect that your talent will be appreciated anywhere, ESPECIALLY by the public sector. They might use all the right words in advertisement that you fully agree with, but when the results come back, you'll be guessing, what the hell just happened.

You think I'm not accepting my emotions, but I don't care what I should accept. This liberal position is not for me, as a leader I can see the extent of devastation to culture and humanity overall, but nobody wants to let me do what I need to be and get it right, because they're afraid that they'll all lose their jobs if I'm in place because my level of standard of quality is just incompatible with what they are doing. If you're interested, I'm specifically talking about organisations like Innovate UK. Last month I applied for something called "young leadership award", for people before 30, to help them make their idea come reality, quote whether its reality or perception that stands in a way unquote. And you know what they tell me -- "although the problem addressed by the applicant is outrageous, it's not clear that the situation will change". Are you freaking kidding me. I'm trying to save the whole industry of this country from a collapse, and some 3 assessors who have no clue regarding software, are telling me that "it's not clear how the product is going to scale" when I explicitly stated that I deployed on server less cloud FOR SCALE. It's mind-blowing. Then one of them spells "along side". ... And they are selecting future leaders. UK is doomed. I'm not upset I don't care I'm just on a different level, I'm supposed to be checking how their job is done and fining those idiots for spelling mistakes, instead of them coming up with any random shit they can just to justify their complete lack of understanding of societal problems I'm trying to solve.

It's really tough but that's how it works in the world where you have to apply to places. This is why I'm going to be a millionaire and ensure my family doesn't have to go through what I've been through because it's simply traumatic. Let me just say that again, there are people who know their own value and there are people who'd be like "oh yeah I'm gonna learn from it"... Some people might choose to learn something, but if you really think there's something wrong with the process, you might not be wrong. You're probably right. Everyone should remember that. Especially if you're young. The sooner you understand that if you're well-educated, skilled and do your job to the utmost quality, people who are going to be judging you are complete opposite and it's not your fault. It's just a crisis all over the world. Don't let them insult your talent and your hard work. Don't be afraid to call them idiots if you can build a strong argument and demonstrate that what happened is really wrong. Blog about it. Tell the world. Demand customer service. It's your moral obligation and duty to this world. The idiots are taking over and we need to hold them accountable. Don't just let it go unnoticed. Bring attention to the problem if you can logically explain what went wrong. When I'm ready with my programming project, I'm going to completely humiliate Innovate UK in my blog. No I just don't understand how can you ask people to provide 5 wow factors, and then employ people who have 0 clue of the software market to assess whether those are wow factors.
