3. Set up a feedback system to listen to your customers

4. Setting up an email sequence for all your users based on their behavior

We do this using intercom, the easiest way is to apply for their startup program (to get a discount) and then in the platform add custom people data, and use them to segment and engage with users. We see as much as 30% engagement and 2% click-through in our campaigns for good followups like this.
