    What I dislike the most is seeing insincere apologies, which is what many products do in customer reviews.
    Make a joke and then compensate for their own mistakes, which is the best.

    There's no doubt that brand damage is one of the hardest thing to recover from and companies that realize that and will avoid it at any means (including having constant monitoring of various platforms) are on the right track!
