    Super helpful and putting this into practice. Curious if others are making the same assumptions about who is and who is not our ideal customer.

    All of these are pretty good, but some apply better to certain niches / service types. It's usually a chicken and egg problem where you need to be credible, but cannot without prior customer testimonials. The solution seems to be some form of content marketing, imo.
