We launched https://www.muchskills.com on Product Hunt at the start of the week and we did that just to test if people got what we were trying to do. I always felt that the product was something new and possibly complicated for people to easily understand the value of.
But with over 500+ sign ups and more than 50 teams created and over 5000 skills added, I feel a little bit more confident that our concept does have some bite. We just need to keep developing the product and making sure it always provides value to our users.
How far along would you say your are in the (beta/mvp/1.0?) development roadmap when you applied for product hunt? Great product with lots of commercial application.
Hey @frederickjohnson Thank you checking it out!!! We had our MVP running smoothly with most features that we planned for implemented, when we went live on Product Hunt. There are many more things we've planned down the road, but we are taking them step by step and not spread ourselves too thin since we are a small team.
We decided to just test our basic hypothesis around skills visualization for the MVP to see if there was any value there, and kept the scope limited.
