546$/2 weeks in sales of my app code !

Hi !

So its my first post, but id like to introduce my self.
I'm eliran, mobile app freelance.

I usually make my income of freelancing and it works well., but i always wanted something more flexible and independent. as i have only 1 income and i afraid that in the future if it wont be available for me it would be hard for me to find new gigs.
I tried to think of online courses, but its not interesting me, as i'm a code person. So i tried to build free apps, that didn't work well as usually i felt like there is no marketing behind it.

So r i recently exposed to a website of company i know that built marketplace for mobile app codes for android and ios.

I saw that most of their apps and they have only 10-20 doing nice sales and each sake is between 200-1600$ so it must be pretty good..

And i though to myself that its a good wya for me to keep doing what i love, dev but in a ways which is not freelancing and it may worth to try.

After i finish a contract with m client i talked with them and they suggested to build a quiz application , and i decided to go fo it.

after 7 month and around 200h of my time, (yep could do it in shorter time indeed but had other job and girlfriend so not that easy haha ) and on and off with their qa, i finished it and it went online around 2 weeks ago.

the price for each sale is 240-300 (as there is prom) but they charge 30% so i earn 168-210 per sell.
and luckily somehow in the last week they already had 3 sales !

That great news as i didn't except it to earn so fast.

then my next milestone is for me to deploy demo to ios , as in android it exists already but apple rejected my app and need to work on it a bit and hopefully it would encourage more sales.

and then i may think about building more apps P:
