Wanted to share a traction milestone that surprised us — AnveVoice just crossed 550+ users in our first month with absolutely zero marketing spend.
Here's what drove it:
SEO-first content engine: We built 20,000+ pages of content (FAQs, comparisons, glossary, industry pages) that rank for long-tail voice AI queries. This has been our #1 acquisition channel.
Working demos that sell themselves: We have 12 live demo sites where people can try voice navigation instantly — no signup, no friction. People try it, get it, and sign up.
Solving a real pain point: Hundreds of millions of people struggle with traditional web interfaces — elderly users, non-English speakers, people with disabilities. When your product solves a genuine need, word of mouth kicks in.
What we haven't done yet: paid ads, influencer outreach, PR, or cold email. The product has been growing purely on organic search and word of mouth.
Our next challenge: converting free users to paid. We just launched Voice Forms (voiceforms.anvevoice.app) with a $199 Lifetime Deal for early adopters.
For fellow bootstrappers: what was your most effective zero-budget growth channel in the early days?
