My product, https://bestremotejob.com is finally launched today.
I've been a freelancer for a long time, and like to work remotely, enjoy flexibility. But when I went to lots of website like flexjobs weworkremotely remoteok, found out that it's very hard to find a remote job with specific keywords, and get a newsletter about such keywords every day.
As a programmer, I didn't want to search such website every day manually, didn't want to be flushed out with lots of unrelated information. Doing all of these with code is a programmer style. So it is to me.
That's why I built such product.
First of all, I built lots of crawlers in AWS Lambda to crawl the job description from kinds of websites, then using nlp technology to analysis and extract the keywords I most care about, such as programming languages, tools, framework, skills. Doing all the nlp stuff in AWS ECR with a scheduled tasks, processing and updating the data stored in Elastic Search.
Indie hackers is the first website I launch my product, because of lots of founders here. Welcome any critical reviews about it.
Of course, as a full stack programmer, welcome any chances to cooperate some ideas and make it live.
Hey Tony. Congrats with the launch.
You should really reconsider the vertical margins here: http://take.ms/2NBxU
Make it equal and around 60px each.
Hi Alex, Thanks for your feedback, fixed.
