We have an in-house Content creation Team. We also occasionally hire part-time bloggers. If you could find a balance between two it would be perfect for your business.

Did you train your in house team? The IH audience would benefit from your explanation "how to".

Happy to help. We trained our in-house Team, Yes. Below is the list that might help :

        1. Allow them time to research current trends in the Digital market.
        2. Pick a top company in your industry to analyze its content strategy.
        3. Use SEO and keyword finding software like KWfinder and others( there are many, you can choose that best fits you )
        4. Summarize the things that can be done to match or outplay the competitor.
        1. Develop a content strategy based upon your business type(B2B, B2C), target market etc
        2. Implement the strategy

Content marketing and SEO business cannot be taught by anyone, the more your content writing team explore themselves with free videos, courses, and research paper, the more efficient they become.

The main thing in Content strategy and SEO is to stay updated.

You say "Content marketing and SEO business cannot be taught by anyone". Hmm, I do think others have mastered this. Looking for answers

If you already know that content strategy can be taught and has been mastered by someone(as per your saying), why not you simply approach them?

Do you know what those people( who you called expert; Master one) does over the period of time? They stay updated with current trends, the probable shift of content market in the future; that's how it can be done. Noone can teach your team to master SEO and content. Even if it seems to be working for a time being, it will become obsolete in the future. The key is to stay updated.
