Hey Sully! Welcome! Whenever I meet new or aspiring indie hackers, I usually recommended the following two lectures:

I would start with scratching your own itch - it (usually) automatically sets you in a niche (i.e. a cut of market that isn't generally truly satisfied with the status quo) and you already have at least one customer - yourself! :)
